Return Policy

At Tipope, we take pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you find an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Returns for products with any issue can be made within 5 days of receiving your order. 

Please note that returns will only be accepted for products with issues. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.

To initiate a return, please send an email to [sales@tipope.com] with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and photo evidence of the issue. We may require additional information or photographs to determine the cause of the issue, and to process your return.

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories included. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.

Please note that all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
